J. W. Alexander
A long standing member of The Gospel Travellers, J W Alexander was
instrumental in launching Sam Cooke as a secular artist. He also
jointly owned the SAR label, and the
Derby label with Sam Cooke. It would appear though, that despite
releasing over 20 singles with The Gospel Travellers he only had one
(Possibly two) solo releases.
