The Ray Raspberry Gospel Singers (members Chuck Jackson, Doris Willingham,... 1955 ~ 1956

The Original Del-Vikings (members Kripp Johnson (born Corinthian Johnson 16-May-1933, died 22-June-1990 at his home in Pontiac, Michigan - cause: prostate cancer) Kripp Johnson was also a member of The Black Eyed Peas who had a 1970 release on Ultra-City 70-317 "Go Thru The Motions / Smallest Man Alive"),  Chuck Jackson,  Eddie Everette, Don Jackson and Arthur Budd) this was the second set of Del-Vikings which was formed after the group's new manager Al Berman took  the group minus Kripp Johnson to Mercury records after the success in 1956 of "Come Go With Me" on Fee Bee 205, apparently all the members with the exception of Kripp Johnson were under age when they signed their contracts. So Kripp Johnson had to stay with Fee Bee as he was still under contractual obligations, so he formed a new group also called The Del-Vikings.

Fee Bee 218 - I'm Spinning / You Say You Love Me - 1957 (to avoid confusion with the record buyers the group became The Dell-Vikings, eventually Mercury records started legal proceedings over the name and Fee Bee began releasing what they had left in the can as by The Versatiles. Kripp Johnson ended up back with his original group once his contract with Fee Bee expired)
